Medieval cutlery with leather sheath
A good meal also requires beautiful cutlery. With this knife and awl you can not only cut your food, but it also looks admirably beautiful. Because, as we all know, the eye also eats!
The cutlery was made after an original from the High and Late Middle Ages, also in the original size.
With the awl, you can reliably spear your food. With the knife and its sharpened, curved blade, you can cut your food without any problems.
The handle of both the knife and the awl is riveted to the tang with 3 ornamental steel rivets. The so-called bolsters, i.e. the initial part of the handle, is made of steel and has decorative grooves.
The awl is made of carbon steel, the knife of stainless steel.
The sturdy and robust leather sheath was made so that the awl fits into one pocket and the knife into the other. The leather strap is used to attach it to the belt for easy carrying.
The leather is completely untreated and can be dyed, oiled or greased as desired.
