Whereas the plum wine there is made from apricots instead of plums. Strange, isn't it?
Our wine, on the other hand, is actually made from plums. To be precise, it is a delicious cross between blackthorn and cherry plum. The sweet aroma of the plant makes the wine sweet and gives it a full-bodied character.
