Description

Norman nasal helmet from 2mm strong steel - battle ready!

Authentic replica of a Norman nasal helmet, which was worn in the 12th century mainly by the Norman knights who moved to Sicily and southern Italy.
The forward bent tip is typical for this helmet form, which reminds of early, antique forms.

The nasal helmet was made of 2 parts welded together and has a thickness of 2mm. The Nasal is hammered from 4mm thick band steel and is equipped with leather inside.

A high-quality, size-adjustable Stoffilay as well as chinstrap incl. buckle was worked in for the fastening on the head.
