This helmet is an authentic reconstruction of a german sallet.
He was driven from 1.6mm thick steel. The neck lamellas are well movable, which makes wearing it on the head more comfortable. The visor was fastened with beautiful, hand-forged cloverleaf rivets.
The movable visor can be locked in the lowest position by an attached spike.
A comfortable leather inlay and a chinstrap with buckle have been incorporated for fastening it on the head.
