Late medieval natural brown strappy shoe with leather sole.
These strappy shoes are ideal for an authentic late medieval presentation. They convince with their comfortable wearing comfort, their elegant appearance and their excellent workmanship.
To ensure that the strappy shoes fit perfectly on the feet, a strap and buckle are attached at a suitable height. This prevents the all too familiar slipping out of the shoes.
Visually, they were made after originals from the 14th - 15th centuries. That is why they are particularly suitable for depicting the late Middle Ages. The original finds are exhibited in some museums today.
The straps were made entirely of high-quality, sturdy leather, which is brown/beige in colour by nature. The sole was doubled at the heel so that the sole would not quickly wear through or wear away on the road or stones.
-For the representation of the late Middle Ages
-Made of high quality leather
-Doubling the leather at the heel to protect the sole from damage
-With strap and buckle, for a firm fit on the foot
-Made according to originals.
About the colour:
This shoe model is supplied undyed and unoiled in natural brown. This means that the shoe can still be dyed or simply greased. Greasing protects and cares for the footwear. We therefore strongly recommend that you grease your shoes regularly.
About the size:
The shoes fit normally, so the usual street shoe size should fit. However, this is only a recommendation, as influencing factors such as insoles, thick socks, a wide foot etc. play a role.
