A handforged fillet knife out of our top-of-the-range cooking knife series. 100% non-industrial and hand forged. 

Due to its narrow and pointy blade, it is very good for meat, fish and vegetables. Santoku means translated knife of the three virtues which are slicing, mincing and dicing.

The blade is made of carbon spring steel. Due to its high carbon content it is very easy to sharpen.

After forging process it is quenched in oil to harden the steel.

Due to its rustic optic it is not only a recommended kitchen tool but also beautiful and decorative.
