This chainmail collar (or bishop's collar) consists of rings of spring steel which are not riveted throughout.
Due to its price-performance ratio, it is well suited for beginners who, in spite of this, attach importance to good protection and solid quality. The braiding is 4 in 1.
It is designed to protect the neck, shoulders, upper chest and back. It was already popular in the 15 - 16th century.
