Viking round shield made of wood with iron hump, blank - battle ready.
This battle ready round shield consists of 3 layers of medium density fiberboard and is covered with sturdy canvas in natural color. The shield can be painted and designed as desired.
The edge of the shield is covered with rawhide, which is known to be more durable than tanned leather. It absorbs blows and shocks better and can thus increase the life of the shield.
The generous shield boss provides enough space even for strong hands and is firmly fixed with four nails.
On the back, 3 reinforcing wooden strips made of pine have been attached, with the middle strip also serving as a fist grip.
