Tibernus sword including scabbard
The gladius was one of the weapons used by the legionaries of Rome to conquer large parts of the then known world.
Due to its extremely efficient cutting and stabbing techniques, it was one of the most feared weapons in close combat.
This sword is made with a blade of high-quality EN45 spring steel. The blade is not sharpened.
The handle and pommel are made of wood.
The remarkable scabbard is made of sturdy leather and richly decorated with fittings. The fittings are made of brass and depict the Roman emperor Augustus and Tibernus. There are 4 carrying rings on the side of the leather scabbard, making it easy to wear on a belt.
