Siegburg jar 13th century form the 13th century, 0.4 Liters
This medieval cup, or also called Siegburg cup, was made after an original, which dates back to the 13th century.
The cup is made of built-up ceramics and was made by hand on the potter's wheel. It is a so-called stoneware, i.e. it is sintered by high firing temperature. This makes it waterproof and food safe.
