Padded armor doublet/ gambeson with nests
This very solidly crafted doublet is made of 100% cotton and has a thick, comfortable padding of 100% polyester. It can be closed by means of nestels, which makes the doublet conditionally adjustable.
An armor doublet, also called an aketon, is similar to a gambeson. It is also a padded jacket, which was worn under the armor in the Middle Ages. However, armor jackets were usually not so extremely padded, shorter and more tailored.
