This unique medieval mug was made after an original from Cologne, which dates back to the 13th century.
The cup is made of build-up ceramics and was made by hand on the potter's wheel. It is a so-called stoneware, which means that it is sintered by high firing temperature. This makes it waterproof and food safe.
