Kettle hat with cheek flap made of 2mm thick steel - battle ready
This Kettle hat is a replica of a late medieval wolfsbane.
They were especially popular with foot troops in the 13th century until the end of the 15th century.
It was made of 2mm thick steel and additionally reinforced with 4 steel bands in the shape of a cross.
The cheek flaps were also made of steel, to which leather straps were attached for fastening.
