Straight Kettle hat made of 2 mm thick steel - battle ready
This Kettle hat is a replica from the 14th century. They were particularly popular with foot troops in late medieval Europe.
It was artfully and manually made from 3 parts and fastened together with rivets. Helmets of this type were worn together with a Padded Coif and a chainmail aventail.
For the attachment on the head a high-quality, size-adjustable fabric inlay with chinstrap made of leather and buckle was worked in.
