Gambeson with buckles, natural
Our very solidly crafted gambeson has thick, comfortable padding. It is closed by brass buckles and leather straps, making the chest width easily adjustable. This gambeson is available in five sizes as standard. A gambeson is almost indispensable for show and free combat.
The gambeson, is a quilted and padded jacket, which was worn under the plate and chain armor in the Middle Ages. It increased the comfort of these steel armors and could also cushion enemy blows, reducing the risk of injury.
