Our very solidly made gambeson/armor doublet has thick, comfortable padding and is suitable for re-enactment. This half-length version reaches to about mid-thigh and can be laced at the neck. The sleeves are attached by lacing and can be removed easily. This gambeson is well ventilated in the armpit area.
