These elbow tiles are a reconstruction of a late medieval arm protector.
It is movable and consists of:
# a two-piece forearm tube that is hinged with brass hinges.
# elbow tile in the middle, or directly on the elbow
# Half an upper arm tube to which leather straps are also.
On the whole elbow tile there are three leather straps with brass buckles each. It is also possible to fix it to shoulder parts or to a gambeson.
One order corresponds to 2 vambraces with couters.
