Kitchenknife/Home-Defence 1300 - 1600
Large kitchen knife also called home-defense, the grip-plates are riveted to the handle. The jaws are made of brass. This blade shape has been used as a kitchen knife in the entire medieval period and probably later and can be seen on many pictures. The riveted handle in this form is known, however, only since the high middle ages.
Available with horn-, wood- or bone- handle.
Delivery includes a authentic sewn leather sheath in brown.
