Bucket of oak wood with wooden handle Iron rings
Traditional wooden bucket handmade of oak wood with wooden or iron rings and wooden handle. The wooden handle can be removed. Buckets of this type are suitable for almost every periods, as it has for many centuries be made. This bucket can be seen very often in late-medieval illustrations.
Wooden buckets with wooden tires need more care than the buckets with iron rings. Sometimes a wood ring breaks. New tires can be made with some craft by self of willow or hazel wood.

Warning: Buckets only rinse from inside, so that they can swell and close. Do not sink in the water barrel or something similar because so they will not dense.
