Machine forged iron frying pan, the hook handle is forged and welded on. This type of pans is made since the 14th century in hammer mills. The best pans out there, here is the food to be fried really crispy as the heat conductivity is much greater than for conventional pans. Available in following sizes 20 cm, 28 cm, 36 cm and 45 cm. All sizes suitable for induction, gas and timber cookers, as well as for open fire. Pans of 20 cm and 28 cm also suitable for ceramic- and electrical cookers. The pan is not coated it is scratch and cut and improves with increasing use of their deep frying.
Not be compared with the often qualitatively very favorable offer sheet pans with very thin walls!
